Welcome to zygig. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the zygig website (the "Site") and any services offered by zygig ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party's use of the Site. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Site.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of zygig or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

3. Services

Any services described on the Site are provided subject to a separate written agreement between you and zygig. The content on the Site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer of services.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, zygig and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the availability or content of such external sites, and your use of them is at your own risk.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zygig is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. ClearCheck (mobile app)

These additional terms apply if you download or use ClearCheck, zygig's mobile app for iOS and Android (see the ClearCheck product page). Where they conflict with the general terms above, these terms govern for ClearCheck specifically.

  • The purchase. ClearCheck offers ten free medication lookups; beyond that, full use requires a single in-app purchase, product ID clearcheck_unlock, priced at $9.99 (subject to your platform's local pricing). This is a non-consumable, one-time purchase — not a subscription. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
  • Who processes the purchase. The purchase is billed and processed by Apple (App Store, via StoreKit) or Google (Google Play, via Play Billing), not by zygig directly. zygig never receives or stores your payment card details. Your purchase is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable.
  • Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, not by zygig. We are not able to issue, guarantee, or expedite a refund on either platform's behalf.
  • Restoring your purchase. The purchase unlocks ClearCheck for the App Store or Google Play account that bought it and can be restored on any device signed in with that same account, per each platform's standard purchase-restoration mechanism. It does not transfer between the App Store and Google Play, which are unlocked separately.
  • What the purchase does not include. ClearCheck is not medical or regulatory clearance and does not entitle you to advice from zygig; see the Disclaimer.
